ReelQueue StudioPrivacy Policy

This policy explains what ReelQueue Studio ("ReelQueue") processes when you use the service.
Data we process
- From TikTok, with your permission: your TikTok open ID, display name and avatar (user.info.basic), the access and refresh tokens TikTok issues to ReelQueue and your posting settings returned by TikTok (for example which audiences you can post to).
- Content you upload: the video file and the caption and settings you choose. The video file is stored only until it has been sent to TikTok, then deleted.
- Post history: the TikTok publish ID, caption, privacy setting and processing status of posts made through ReelQueue.
How we use it
Only to log you in, to publish the videos you choose to your TikTok account (video.publish) or send them to your TikTok inbox as drafts (video.upload), and to show you the history and status of your posts. We do not sell data, show ads, or share data with third parties other than TikTok and our hosting provider.
Cookies
ReelQueue uses one essential session cookie to keep you logged in, and a short-lived cookie to protect the TikTok login. No analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention and deletion
Your data is kept while your account is connected. "Delete my data" on the dashboard removes your account, tokens and post history immediately and revokes ReelQueue's access at TikTok. You can also remove access in TikTok's own settings.
Security
Tokens are stored on our server and never shown in the browser. All traffic uses HTTPS.
